The position requires an expert level of problem solving skills necessary to identify and resolve issues escalated from a level 1 and/or level 2 call center. The candidate for this position must demonstrate personal interest, knowledge and skills necessary to proactively define and resolve issues that impact operations of all departments and business units within HCR Manor Care with a high degree of quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. Participates in the development and implementation of methodologies and procedures for the Customer Support group. Conscientiously follows those methodologies and procedures. Responsible for the development of support plans and knowledge base articles for the implementation of all Infrastructure hardware components, Operating System and Operating System components, as well as, HCR Manor Care packaged and proprietary applications. Provides consulting services to the Manager of Customer Support as well as other areas within the IS Department. Performs personnel and project management duties as assigned by the Manager of Customer Support. Recommends ways to improve current levels of customer service and satisfaction by analyzing call center metrics and data to the Manager of Customer Support. Assumes a leadership role in providing 7x24 support for all HCR ManorCare Business Units and Employees. Assists in ensuring that all products supported are compliant with regulatory changes in accordance with the expectations of the CFO, COO, Vice Presidents, Directors, and Managers of all HCR Manor Care business units.
