We are currently accepting applications for a Nurse Manager in Training. This position will prepare you for various nursing management opportunities within our south suburban and near west suburban skilled nursing facilities. There are multiple opportunities for this position.

Training will cover: oversees the care management of a population of patients within an assigned area, unit or clinical function; conducts the nursing process ? assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation ? under the scope of the State's Nurse Practice Act of Registered Nurse licensure; coordinates resource utilization, timely and appropriate care interventions, and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction, adherence to center's clinical systems and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have held charge nurse, PM or night supervisor, weekeend supervisor, unit manager or ADON positions.
