The Regional Manager of Business Development is responsible for the implementation of market business development initiatives which support the achievement of growth objectives and strategies of the home health, hospice and infusion programs. provides direction to Managers of Business Development, Account Liaisons, Hospital Liaisons-RNs and Admissions Directors.

This role will drive the Marketing and Sales process for the Ohio and Indiana Home Care, Hospice and Infusion programs.

The Clinical Services Consultant collaborates with the director of clinical services, general manager, regional director operations, to identify, prioritize and implement clinical intervention strategies within the assigned caseload of centers surrounding Dayton, OH. Fosters an environment of growth to develop the leadership skills of the administrative director of nursing services and clinical team improving staff retention. Promotes care delivery systems to define needs and facilitate solution strategies utilizing knowledge of theory, principles, or technology of nursing practices while embracing compliance with company, state and federal regulations. Develops and expands clinical capabilities and continual performance improvement within the nursing department and related interdisciplinary team coordinated efforts. Promotes continuity of quality care through the utilization of nursing process, resident assessment instrument process, disease management, guidelines, quality assurance and assessment process, patient education, outcomes management and regulatory compliance.

EDUCATION:
Bachelors Degree in Recreational Therapy preferred or Certified as an Activity Professional or Therapeutic Recreation Specialist by a recognized accrediting body.
Three to five years of prior experience in consulting and program development of social/recreational programs is preferred.
