The Regional Manager of Business Development is responsible for the implementation of market business development initiatives which support the achievement of growth objectives and strategies of the home health, hospice and infusion programs. Works in partnership with operational leadership to develop an
effective sales team. Responsible for establishing regional referral relationships and partnership opportunities. Supervises and
provides direction to Managers of Business Development, Account Liaisons, Hospital Liaisons-RNs and Admissions Directors.

This role will drive the Marketing and Sales process for the Ohio and Indiana Home Care, Hospice and Infusion programs.

A minimum of three years in sales, marketing or related field required; health care and supervisory experience preferred.

Home care, hospice or infusion experience required.
