100% travel necessary on a daily basis.Previous home care experience not imperative, but 1 or more years of experience is preferred.Knowledge of occupational therapy principles, concepts and methodology appropriate for terminally ill clients.Excellent communication and rapport building skills.

Bachelors or Master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited institution.Currently lice
