Responsible to provide clients and families psychosocial care regarding economic, social and emotional needs.

Position Requirements
100% travel necessary on a daily basis. Experience in varied multidisciplinary settings in the health care field. Experience working with clients and families coping with terminal illness and death.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work. May require licensure or certificate as required by the state. Must be in good standing in the state of practice.
