Heartland Home Health Care, subsidiary of HCR ManorCare, is currently searching for a per diem (as needed) Occupational Therapist to support our home care patients in their homes throughout Rochester and the surrounding areas. Tell us your schedule and we will see if we can work with it!
As a home care OT you are responsible for providing quality rehabilitative occupational therapy to clients. Initiating planned, purposeful activity designed to enhance the physical and psychosocial functioning of the client.
