Description
HCR ManorCare provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy.
Provide daily activity programs for residents and assist the Program Services Coordinator in providing a full range of program services. This position requires tact, sensitivity and professionalism due to constant interaction with residents and families to guarantee their satisfaction.
*Follow all policies and procedures established in the Risk Management and Infection Control Manuals to mainatin a safe environment.
*Assist in and deliver program services.
*Attend and participate in inservice training and activities.

Position Requirements
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with residents having dementia and appropriate therapeutic/behavioral interventions.
Must be able to work as a part of a team.
Must successfully complete the required Alzheimer's training.
Educational Requirements
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
