Coordinates nutritional care of residents by completing nutritional assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and documenting dietary information about residents.

Position Requirements
At least two years experience in long term care preferred.






Educational Requirements
Registration with the American Dietetic Association Commission on registration. Licensed by the state where he/she practices, if appropriate.
